General conditions of car rental service with driver

  • For rental services with driver, with the exception of transfers, a minimum period of 3 hours of hourly arrangement ( urban ) plus kilometers traveled ( extra-urban trips ) applies to the kilometer rate of the chosen vehicle
  • For direct out-of-town transfers (non-stop), the fare is calculated by cost per kilometer.
  • Pickup services to/from airports have dedicated rates to be requested from info\booking service +39 335 5248852
  • PAS NCC Milan cooperates with other car rental companies with the same standards of quality and efficiency , and may use them for the performance of services for which it deems appropriate.
  • Each passenger may carry up to TWO SUITCASES , ANY EXCESS BAGGAGE EXCEPT: SKIS AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE DECLARED at the time of booking to avoid the car being unsuitable for such transportation.
  • It remains the discretion of the drivers , to load unreported bulky items or excess suitcases or suitcases that do not present the conditions for safe transportation onto the cars. (broken, dirty, wet suitcases, etc.)
  • PAS NCC Milan will make every reasonable effort to have its vehicles or vehicles driven by outside contractors arrive on time at the appointments of departure and arrival at the destination; however, it will not be responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control.
  • The cars are all newly registered and covered by insurance for themselves and their passengers and in good standing with current Italian and E.E.C. traffic permits.
  • Passenger transportation is fully covered by the insurance that PAS NCC Milan has taken out for its vehicles with third parties. Passenger property, on the other hand, is transported entirely under the responsibility of the passenger who declares ownership at the time of boarding. Check at departure the correspondence of your luggage, responsibility for loss or damage cannot be accepted ALL ITEMS CARRIED TRAVEL UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
  • If PAS NCC Milan turns out to be unable to transport for reasons under its own control by its own means and the means of external collaborators the passengers(s) to the booked and paid destination, it will arrange the transfer by external means and subsequently reimburse the customer for the cost of such transportation upon presentation of receipt/invoice. The reimbursement for the transfer shall not exceed the rates in effect for the same route agreed upon.
  • PAS NCC Milan reserves the right to change parts (or all) of these agreements at any time without giving prior notice to clients, members, tour operators or agencies.
  • It is the customer's obligation to report to us as soon as possible any problems derived from inefficiencies or failures directly attributable to our actions. It will be our care to take action to quickly resolve any inconvenience and loss to the full satisfaction of the customer.

User behavior during rental service with driver

  1. Users of the rental service are prohibited from:
    (a) smoking during transport;
    (b) throwing objects from vehicles whether stationary or in motion;
    (c) soiling, soiling or damaging the vehicle;
    (d) claiming to transport pets without having taken, in agreement with the renter, all useful measures to avoid damaging or soiling the car;
    (e) claiming to be transported in violation of the safety and behavior regulations of the current Highway Code.

User behavior during rental service with driver

he customer can make a cancellation of the reservation by sending us an ‘e-mail. Cancellation of car rental with driver service or complementary services without penalty is accepted within 48 hours before the service. Cancellations received 24 hours before the service will be charged a penalty of 50% of the service amount, while requests received less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the requested service.

In the event of a cancelled flight, the customer will be required to notify our reservations number +39 335 5248852 in order to ensure the presence of one of our drivers upon arrival. Failure to send a cancelled flight notice will result in the full cost of the service being charged. Late flights will be charged at a rate agreed with the customer.
